Leaving your laundry out for pickup
Most of our customers aren't home at pickup time. A few simple habits make sure your bag is found every time.
Where to leave it
- On the porch or right by your front door
- With the front desk, doorman or in the package room, if your building allows it
- Somewhere visible from the door, not around the side of the house
Tell us in the app
Add delivery instructions: gate or door codes, buzzer number, which door, where to leave it. Drivers read them on every stop, and we bring your clean laundry back to the same spot.
Put it out before your window starts
Your window is when the driver arrives, so set the bag out before it begins. You get a text when the driver is on the way.
If we miss it
If the driver can't find or reach your bag, there is a $15 missed pickup fee. Clear instructions are the best way to avoid it. Need to change plans? Reply SKIP to our text, or cancel in the app. Please don't text CANCEL or STOP: those words unsubscribe you from all our texts.
Ready when you are
Pickup and delivery Monday to Saturday. Per bag: $65 plus $9.95 delivery, or $275/month with a subscription.

Is it safe to leave laundry outside?
Most customers leave bags at the door without a problem. In busy buildings, the front desk or package room is safest.
