What we use, and what we never use

• We use: Free & Clear hypoallergenic detergent, ozone-injected water, and white vinegar or Oxi when you ask for them.
• We never use: fragrances, chlorine bleach, fabric softener, dryer sheets or dry-cleaning solvents.

Why it matters

A lot of people are sensitive to fragrances and the additives in conventional detergents, and plenty of households simply prefer to avoid them. Free & Clear works for everyone, so it's our standard, not an upgrade. The result is a neutral, clean smell with no detergent or softener residue.

Ozone: the bubble power

Our facilities use ozone water-injection systems. Ozone sanitizes laundry (and our machines as they run) and boosts the cleaning power of a mild detergent, so we don't need harsh chemicals.

Brighter whites without bleach

Add white Vinegar ($3 per bag) or Oxi ($3 per bag), our bleach alternatives.

Your laundry stays yours

Your laundry is washed separately, never mixed with another customer's, so nobody else's scented detergent ends up in your clothes.
