Delicates and air dry
Some things shouldn't go in a hot dryer. Put them in a separate bag, choose Air Dry, and we'll take it from there.
How it works
- Put your delicates in their own bag. We give you a reusable 15" × 19" delicates bag at no extra cost.
- Choose Air Dry when you book in the app.
- We wash them gently with Free & Clear detergent and hang them to dry instead of tumbling.
- They come back folded with the rest of your order.
Good candidates for Air Dry
- Bras, lingerie and swimwear
- Leggings and technical workout gear
- Anything that shrinks, pills or loses its shape in a dryer
Price
Air Dry is $15 per delicates bag, added to your regular order.
What to keep out
Dry-clean-only and hand-wash-only items. We don't offer dry cleaning: our specialty is wash & fold, using only water and hypoallergenic detergents.
Ready when you are
Pickup and delivery Monday to Saturday. Per bag: $65 plus $9.95 delivery, or $275/month with a subscription.

Do I need a special bag for delicates?
Use any separate bag for your first order. After that, use the reusable delicates bag we give you at no extra cost.
Can you hand wash items?
No. Please keep hand-wash-only items out of your order.
