Pickup in buildings
- Leave your bag at your door, with the front desk or doorman, or in your lobby if your building allows it.
- Add instructions in the app: gate code, buzzer, where to leave the bag.
- You get a text when the driver is on the way.

Pickup and delivery Monday to Saturday. Per bag: $65 plus $9.95 delivery, or $275/month with a subscription.

No. Leave the bag where your building allows and tell us in the app.
Can several neighbors share one pickup?
Yes. Email us and we will set up a coordinated pickup with a building discount.
